Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Huntington Beach Pickup / Delivery

We love supporting our local community! We offer Free local pickup at our designated weekend pop up locations. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip all the shipping fees and grab your gear directly from us.

For standard home delivery within a 15 mile radius of Huntington Beach, a flat shipping and handling fee of $5.00 applies to ensure your gear arrives quickly at your door.

Domestic Shipping

We ship nationwide across the United States via standard carrier rates. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 5 business days once processed. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Koernerstone@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Yes, we gladly ship to P.O. boxes via USPS standard delivery! If you have any specific delivery questions, please email us anytime at koernerstone@gmail.com

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please see our refund policy .

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Koernerstone@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
